We currently ship to eligible mainland addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom and European Union countries. We may be unable to ship to some islands, offshore territories, P.O. boxes, military addresses or mail-forwarding services.

Most orders take about 2 working days to prepare. After that, standard shipping takes about 2–5 working days in the United States, 4–7 in the United Kingdom and 5–6 in the European Union. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, holidays or customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and package details. We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $70+. You'll see your final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or brokerage fees set by the destination country. These depend on local regulations.

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for opened, unopened or change-of-mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@hushxhealcosmetics.com with your full name, order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue. Please keep the original packaging while we review your claim.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after processing for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Check with household members or neighbors, look around the delivery location, contact the carrier, and allow 24 hours for delayed scans. If it still can't be found, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

If you need to update your shipping address, email us as soon as possible at hello@hushxhealcosmetics.com with your order number and correct address. We'll do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once your order enters processing or has shipped.

Not all HUSHXHEAL products are fragrance-free. Some formulas contain fragrance or aromatic ingredients. We recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page, especially if your skin is sensitive to fragrance.
