Where do your products ship from?

All HUSHxHEAL COSMETICS products are fulfilled by Selfnamed, shipping from facilities in the United States and Europe.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs clearance.

Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we do not offer express or expedited shipping. All orders are shipped using standard tracked delivery to ensure consistency and global coverage.

Can I return or exchange my order?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
